Good Experience!

It was a good experience. I received my glasses in good time after they were made and were not held at the Canadian border.

For the 2nd time I ordered from you guys, not very happy paying for crizal anti reflective lens for night driving and receiving expensive pair of glasses that didn’t come with authentic crizal

1) Ordering the glasses was easy online. 2) This is the third time that I have ordered glasses from Designer Optics. Typically the orders have taken a long time to fulfill because one lens is so thick and needs to be special ordered. This time the order was processed and received in less than 2 weeks. 3) Unfortunately the workmanship on this set of lenses is poor. I am satisfied with the prescription quality, but the lens fit is slightly undersized such that the lenses float in the frame rims. The float is noticeable when cleaning the lenses. The lenses also make creaking sounds when I clean them or adjust the glasses on my face because of the poor lens fit. A visual inspection shows that the rim screws are clamped down as tight as possible. Previous glasses orders have never had this issue, and over the past 45 years of wearing glasses I have never had this issue. I am worried that with a little force I could pop the right lens out. 4) I wish I could use my insurance when purchasing my lenses and prescription. I appreciate being able to order from DesignerOptics and will continue to be a customer, but I am disappointed this time. Regards

Exactly what I expected. Was replacing with the same exact frames. Great quality. Packaging was good. Shipping time decent. Very satisfied.

Great customer service with excellent product offerings. They also add my prescription lenses to the glasses I purchased a week or so beforehand. I just sent them an email asking they add the lenses upon receipt of the glasses. I will order from them again!

After my so broke his glasses I called the optometrist to see if they could fix them. “Nope we can’t fix that kind of damage.” My son would need an eye exam and new lenses and new frames. Luckily I found DesignerOptics.com and they had in stock the same exact frame my used. The frames are delivered in the mail, and it was super easy to change out the lenses of my son’s glasses.
