The product is good. I am surprised it is manufactured in China.

It’s a really bad service , I bought a pair of Tom Ford sunglasses the 9th of February. I haven’t been able to locate my package since the 11th of February. The same day Thursday 11 of February I got a mail, saying my packages was shipped. 5 days later I still can’t see any new information, about where my package is when I track my number. I have paid the priority mail express international shipping method and should receive my package latest yesterday Tuesday. I would like to know where my package is. It’s not an option to contact USPS. I have tried everything. Also send an email to designer optics and they haven’t answer me in 2 days. Kind regards, Luis Martini

Just a great company.... They are great about communicating, making sure the order is what I wanted, letting me know when it shipped, when it arrived and even a great follow up email to confirm I received the frames and everything was good.

The glasses are just as advertised. Can’t wait to wear them after I get my prescription.
