I ordered 3 sunglasses and only mailed one!
I ordered 3 sunglasses and paid the extra shipping and handling to get them faster. I live in CT NY is my neighbor. It still took about 5 days to receive my item. The big issue is I only received one pair of sunglasses when all 3 shipped under the same label. The other two have not shipped at all. Why would you do something that dumb? Now I’m not sure when my sunglasses are shipping or if this company is just scamming people out of money. I called 3 times and I also emailed. They don’t respond to email I had to wait for 45 mins each time to talk to customer service and I been told by two different people two different scenarios when I will maybe or probably get an update email for my other sunglasses. It’s been two weeks and still no update, I’m waiting til the end of this week by Monday July 6 I’m requesting a refund for the other shades that weren’t shipped and no longer doing business with this company.

Such an easy company to deal with. May have to return as I love the frames but think I can select some I like better. I'm sure it will be a simple operation as this company aims to please. Also got a fantastic price.
