I’ve been working with Joyce for quite a while now. Her customer service is always excellent. She’s always checking in and making sure that I don’t need a refill. And she’s very helpful when I do. As far as the program itself and the company, have had really good success. I started at 199 pounds and today I am at 163 and losing. Very happy about that. I feel good. I feel healthy. I feel strong. I’m very happy. The only thing that is a complaint, and the only reason why I didn’t give the company a five overall, is the price. It’s very expensive. I wish that we could use insurance to help alleviate some of the cost. But overall, I’m very happy.

After having what I thought was a problem with the order, a manager called me and kindly explained everything. I was happy with the resolution and am a happy customer once again!

I am excited to begin my weight loss journey. My appointment with Dr. Hall was on time, my medication came when expected. I have just started using it and have not had any side affects. I have only lost a few pounds but expect the weight loss to continue.

Norwin was very helpful in answering all of my questions. He went beyond on what I was expecting in providing useful information. He keeps in touch and I know that if I have further questions he will get back to me right away.

I worked with Dennis. He really does his best. They do everything online which makes it easy easier. I like everything about them except the increase in prices with every refill. Other than that they are good.
