Well displayed and put together... Very attractive looking in gift box

I ordered a face cream, it comes with gifts, but when I opened the package, there’s only gift and no face cream, i call customer service and the lady said they will call ups and open an investigation and it will at least take 8 bussiness days , the package did Not come broken, whoever packaged just didn’t put the face cream in there and now as customer i have to go through all this , this is so unfair and inconvenient!
