Horrible customer service. Be aware! Does not honour coupon codes, and will not tell you until package is delivered. Then they make you pay for shipping back!

This is the first time I ordered from Dior US and I am glad that I did. You were very efficient. And the merchandise I bought you got it to me in rapid time.

I love shopping at Dior more than anywhere else. The beautiful packaging and luxury products really make it feel special to unbox. I only need to get a replacement Hypnotic Poison perfume once every couple years, but it is always SUCH a treat when it arrives.

Ordered online when the gift bracelet available. However the bracelet disappeared after I paid online. Then asking for cancellation immediately. Still shipped to me and have to pay for return your myself? What a horrible website and ridiculous policy?!
