Just received my first order from Direct Deals, a Bosch vacuum cleaner. Good communication from the vendor throughout the process. Purchase arrived in good order and is exactly as described. Ordered on a Thursday evening, delivered to George mid-day Monday. Very, very happy.

Great customer service! We had a problem with a product that we purchased from DirectDeals. I emailed Customer Service and received a response and resolution within a day. They not only replaced the product but sent instructions on how to troubleshoot the installation and then followed up to make sure that it was installed and working properly. Great prices and great service. I highly recommend DirectDeals.
