The box that was sent with my filter was dented and some of the filters were damaged. Also the quality of the filters in the box are low. I would like to cancel my subscription, I will just order when I need it. Thank you.

Needed a 20x25x5 filter, searched your site, it took me to a honeywell,[FC100A1037 Honeywell], the very first choice. I guess I did not read the spec's. I also ordered a 2 pack of Samsung water filters, what I got fits , but is an inch and a half longer than original, I would not call this a direct replacement.

You sent the wrong filters. They do not fit! I ordered FPPWFU01 and you sent WF2CB filters. I want my money back.

Everything went great with the order & the delivery. The Carbon Filter (USWF_CB5_2045) lasted about 4 weeks before it plugged. I typically have gotten over 6 months with another brand, but they were out of stock. Won't make that mistake again!!! Returning the second filter was quickly & easily accomplished. Customer Service was extremely responsive.

I ordered water filters according to the type of refrigerator and where to find the filter in the refrigerator. When I received the filters, they were not the correct ones for my refrigerator. I have since found the correct water filter for my refrigerator. I will have to send the other filters back now.
