I tracked my order today which was ordered 6 days ago. It is showing in tracking that it will be another week from today. 16 days.

Communication was poor on my backorder. I had to keep following up. And then, finally when it shipped, it took almost 2 weeks to get here which is weird

Tried to order a filter, and they were more expensive than buying direct on the manufacturer's website! I guess it's a discount if you consider paying MORE to be a discount!
