I tried scheduling an install for a month. I had to pay $500 for inspection to confirm the installation method. Then I could never get an answer as to when the installation was going to happen. After three unanswered emails over two weeks I found someone else to do the work.

Hi Angelo, thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry the scheduling didn't come together. After the inspection, our technician reached out to you several times by phone and text to set an installation date but was unable to reach you. We understand you've since gone with another provider. If there's anything we can help with, please contact us directly. — The DishNinjas Team

The tech arrived on time and quickly installed the Starlink antenna. Running the antenna wire leads to our entertainment area thru the exterior wall was very tidy and the extra wire gives us system placement options for the future. The tech assisted with the initial start up of the system. The performance of the Starlink system was very good considering there are 70 foot pine trees close to our home. Starlink updated the system after two days and the data transfer points were at specifications.

Hi James, thank you for the detailed review! We're glad the install was on time and tidy, and that the extra cable gives you room to grow. Getting strong performance around 70-foot pines comes down to careful placement, so we're happy it paid off. Enjoy your Starlink, and reach out anytime you need us. — The DishNinjas Team

Technician showed up on time and was very knowledgeable about mounting the antenna in a good location. He was also helpful with registering the equipment and setting up service with Starlink. I was up and running in no time.

Price for a simple install was nuts. After getting the quote I sent the starlink dish back and walked away.
Reply from DishNinjasOct 14, 2026
Hi Rikk, thank you for your feedback. We're always upfront about pricing. A two-story home with trees to the north usually calls for an extended cable, a specialized mount, and extra time to get a clear view of the sky. Even so, we quoted you at our standard install rate, but the quote was never confirmed. If you ever reconsider, please reach out to us directly and we'll be happy to help. — The DishNinjas Team

Incompetence. Came out to my house and had not communicated with me or the business. Equipment was not shipped and ready. Installer got out and didn’t even try to get a signal.

Hi Lisa, thank you for your feedback. When you requested the quote, you told us you already had your equipment and asked us to schedule the installation, so we did. When our installer arrived, we learned you had planned to have a site assessment before ordering the equipment. Our technician completed that assessment, after which you chose to cancel the installation. We're sorry for the mix-up. If you'd like to move forward, please reach out to us directly and we'll be glad to help. — The DishNinjas Team

I got a quote for a Starlink home install and then when I tried to schedule a time I was ghosted, and tried reaching out a couple times and got no response.

Hi Seth, we're sorry for the frustration. After you received your quote, our team called you several times to schedule your installation but couldn't reach you. We'd still be glad to get you set up, so please reach out to us directly and we'll book a time that works for you. — The DishNinjas Team
