I requested a retriever from DogWatch for the training of my dog. I was very worried about her training. But John worked a lot on my pet and trained her in every way. Now I am very happy to see my dog doing different activities. I highly recommend them.

We love the fence and the personal touch with the install, training and teaching us about the different products.

Fabulous system for keeping my three cats from being run over. Fast efficient service.

Fence worked for about a year, changed the battery, dog ran through, changed another battery, dog ran through. Left message no call back.

We have five dogs and we were in desperate need of a good quality dog fence system. Phil came out immediately to assess our property and provide us with a quote. We were also looking at Invisible Fence. A lot of these fences appear to be in the same range of quality based on our research. The quotes were fairly similar in price but Phil and Katrina made the difference. Within a week we had our fence installed by Phil and he provided instruction on how to train our dogs. When we had additional questions we called and spoke to Katrina. She was friendly and offered to have Phil come back out for additional training if needed. Customer service made the difference here along with good product quality.
