Dogwatch has been great to us. Anytime we have a question they have answer. The containment system works better than we expected and now we can have the enjoyment of having both our dogs outside at the same time instead of swapping them to outside on a lead

Great service at reasonable prices
Jenni (they don’t know how to spell my N.
It was a good experience. Didn’t really train, just told me "how to" and said “read manual”. They also called me back and said they charged the wrong amount. But it’s a good product. Salesman who came out seemed more attentive, installers seem to just care about making money.

Hi Jinni, We apologize for the name spelling error, it is fixed in our system now- but more so apologize for you coming away from the installation process feeling like this. I hope you will return my call so I can hear more about it and give you the support if you still need anything. It also allows us to use it as a teaching moment for our staff to improve as well. We appreciate all feedback and will continue to work hard towards giving great customer service. Looking forward to talking with you soon!
