Excellent service with an excellent product! After many years of fighting other retail/box store brands, we tried Dog Watch of KC and have had a great experience. The service is great. The collars are great. The batteries in the collars last for years. We couldnt be happier with our experience!

We used DogWatch for years. The service was always amazing. They came out quickly anytime there was an issue and helped to provide batteries for the collars promptly as well. The training at the beginning was so detailed and they took their time to make sure we understood and were ready to train. Highly recommend!

Took weeks to get the signs promised. Also we had issues with training. Called to ask for help. They still have not called back. If I had not been in a rush to get electric I would have waited for Invisible Fence.

Great service, arrived on time, put in about 1000' of underground cable, explained how everything worked when installation was completed, told us how to work with the dog to teach him to respect the barrier, have been very happy with the in ground fence system.
