Lawrence was professional and took great care to make sure our pet was comfortable and trained with the fence before leaving. He has been available whenever there was a question or concern and was right there to do the repair when the line was damaged.

The system has worked well for us, and the cost was reasonable. I also like that we can adjust the training collars ourselves.

Best dog containment system available. We've had some hard-to-contain dogs, but none have out-smarted DogWatch. And the staff is helpful, knowledgeable and personable. I always recommend DogWatch to anyone I encounter who is looking for a containment system. Anyone who compares features among all the different systems will see that this is far and away the best. Long battery life. Completely user-adjustable. Customizable to each animal. A wide selection of additional products to help with special situations (such as barking or off-lead training). BEST. DOG. CONTAINMENT. SYSTEM. EVER!!

Did a great job installing, fence works awesome for our golden retriever, she learned it within 3-4 days and hasn't had any issues, even when her collar isn't on she stays in the yard as other dogs walk past or geese approach in the back yard. This fence was $200-$800 less than the others I looked into (professionally installed) and I'm more than happy with the results.

Despite a difficult terrain, they did a great job. Professional installation ...would recommend them!

Great initial training of dog and humans. The fence has worked exactly as it should for the past 3 years. Our dog only went through twice during the first few weeks because she was trying to follow us to visit neighbors. After she figured out the sound warning, she's done great! She stops at the fence whenever she is chasing deer out of the yard! Excellent investment!

Very professional from installation thru training. Unlike other companies that require you to buy their very expensive brand of batteries, DogWatch collars use regular batteries! It's been almost 2 years and I haven't needed to replace them yet. The trainer was great about answering any follow up questions I had, and was always willing to come back out to my house if I needed additional help.
