My sales rep who works closely with Fit Body Boot Camp owners did not respond to my emails or phone calls. When I did call to ask for a recommendation on a vacuum and cleaner so that I wouldn’t damage the flooring, he was reluctant to give me any direction. I have never experienced “trying” to purchase the right products so as not to damage the flooring and the rep taking offense to it. Worst customer service I have had to date.

Dollamur representative who often replies from a wrestling email account “found” my personal email address on Facebook or instagram (he can’t remember which). As it turns out, he can’t remember where he bought my address from, which is a breach of GDPR in the UK and a criminal offence to handle data in this fashion. All information has been passed to the authorities on Dollamur and Jean’s activities surrounding data collection and processing.

I ordered custom mats. The sales rep received the measurements over the phone. I was sent documents that I did not understand and asked for guidance. I did not receive any guidance. The mats arrived without notice. The mats were the wrong thickness and the wrong size. After 2 weeks of back and forth emails, no personal conversation, no review of the emails between the sales rep and me, I was told they will not take them back and to go sell them on Facebook. This is a $3000 + investment that I am stuck with. I would encourage mat shoppers to look locally. Local businesses are able to handle the whole process verses an online ordering system. I would not recommend Dollamur Mats.

As time happens wrong mat got ordered but in order to return it you have to pay the shipping fee back although the mat came out the box and put right back in without being used.

The mats we ordered arrived with a good percentage already damaged. And then within just a few lessons at our academy, the surface of every mat was showing a lot of wear and damage. These are clearly not commercial grade puzzle mats and are definitely not comparable to the Zebra mats we were using at over 100 locations. We got conned into believing their claims about their mats, quality, durability etc. And when we wanted to return or refund or even settle for a percentage return we were completely blown off and it was made clear that the company doesn’t care if its product is garbage and is being sold based on exaggerated claims etc. We did business with them based on a national relationship and they’ve shown all of us just how little they valued the relationship and essentially have no commitment to service or integrity. If you’re looking for mats of a professional quality that will last, and/or a company who has any value for customer service - definitely look elsewhere. We had hoped for simple solutions and an opportunity for them to make it right…..but they made sure to show us that we would have been better off burning the stacks of cash we invested in their mats.

I ordered well before Christmas and paid. Then I got some *%!*$#! email about them verifying the order after everything was verified and paid for. Since I didn't respond with in 24 hours (it looked like a bogus email), you cancelled the order. I called back to ask why and didn't really get a good answer and had to resubmit the order. We just got it a couple of days ago. I think it was an excuse because they couldn't ship in time or something like that. The product is good but I'm done ordering from your company.

Took over an entire business week to ship. Very frustrating, advertised 1-2 day shipping and took almost two weeks. Do not order if you need items in a timely manner. Emailed multiple times and never got a response until after they shipped.

The color didn’t match my current mats and they are the same brand and “color” my light gray mats are in fact light gray. This last purchase the “light gray” mat is light purple in color. Return policy is terrible so I’m stuck having to sell the mat on fb marketplace
