The repair person that came to our site was not professional or courteous. I would not recommend him to anyone.

Unfortunately the technician did not clean up after himself and left wood shavings in the carpet from the installation. I feel this is not professional as most contract work includes cleanup after.

They were very quick to come out and give us an estimate but difficult to deal with after that. They came to install the door but didn’t have the right equipment and had to reschedule. When they did install the door it was not what we expected and trying to get them to come out and give us a new latch has been impossible. It’s so frustrating.
