After arrival, it turned out that the doors they came to work on were cut wrong and milled incorrectly at the manufacturing level. Sales Rep figured out exactly what we needed. The tech was very knowledgeable and passionate about completing the job. He spend quality time in Taking care of our problem. That was very impressive and the crew that came was very professional and friendly considering.

Our team takes great pride in consistently providing expert advice and quality service. We're sorry to hear of any negative experience you had. Unfortunately, your door was in very bad condition and we had to spend a lot more time on it than a standard installation to work around the previous damage. Contacting them is difficult. They have odd hours. If you choose to email them from the main page, there is no record sent to you that you emailed them. If they say they will check and call you back, it hasn't worked that way for me.

It was hard to get someone to call me back, not sure why that was because I have dealt with A&A before and was very pleased that's why I called A&A first. After someone called back everything worked out Great...Thanks Jake.

The office personnel is very good, professional, courteous and take the order correctly. I was no on location when the locksmith came to make three licks to open up with the same key. Only the front door was done right. On the other 2 doors is a different story, the dead bolt came off and internally was missing a screw, on the other one by the third time using the key the cylinder came loose... I personally believe that there are no true locksmiths any more anywhere. But the company has a professional business practice.

The locks were not keyed to our facility key system so we now only have 1 key that opens the lock.
