Regarding the dashboard and performance tracking: Our dashboard reflects account data based on broker-side reporting and system synchronization. Temporary delays or refresh issues do not indicate manipulation or inaccuracy, and there is no evidence of incorrect performance calculation on your account. Regarding contracts, certificates, and funded confirmation: All terms, conditions, and trader obligations are clearly stated before purchase and publicly available in our Rules and FAQs. A separate “certificate” is not a requirement for a funded account to be valid, and funded access itself serves as official confirmation. Regarding the claim that the funded account was a demo account: All prop firms—including industry leaders—use simulated (demo) environments for funded trading.
