I accidently order the same pair of pumps twice. I decided to keep the duplicate pair of shoes as when I wore them, they were very cute & comfortable. I've had surgeries on my feet and was nervous about standing all day in pumps but these felt like sneakers. Not only was I able to stand, I could run and dance for hours. I am a fan. However, the return policy is cumbersome and could be streamlined.

Got some dress shoes for work. They look amazing and are super comfortable at prices you won’t find anywhere else. I had a issue and was missing 1 pair of shoes, emailed them, and resent the pair I was missing the next day!

After I had completed my order, I realized that I had entered my shipping address incorrectly. It was past 11pm. I contacted customer service, and to my surprise, they answered only a few minutes later, fixed the issue for me, and even put a rush on my shipment as I told them I needed the shoes urgently. All that at no extra cost.

Cute shoes. Poor quality that started falling apart after 1 wear. I also received a pair of used shoes. I alerted the company and they did give me a full refund and told me I did not need to ship the pair back. Unfortunately the quality is Poor and I will not be purchasing with them again.
