Hello Stephanie, I'm sure you've seen the communication that was sent to you 2 days after this review, but I'll make sure to address it here as well, just in case. I completely understand your frustration, and to say this has been a nightmare situation is an understatement. There are multiple reasons for the delay in your order as we discussed, many completely out of our control, but ultimately this falls on us and we are very sorry for your experience. The important piece is that your original full project was already on the way when you wrote this review and all of your items, plus the 50 additional bottles (on us) as promised. Bottom line, this is not at all how we typically operate. We've had the pleasure of working with you in the past and are so sorry this experience was not like the others. We'd love to continue to show you how much we value our customers so please reach out directly if there's anything we can do in the future.
