The bottom line is they did move my appliance. The website is easy to use, it's easy to pay (of course) and communication is very good. They kept me in the loop every step. Here's the negative: Their words prominently posted at the top of the site are "Same-Day" - My pick up was completed on the 3rd day. For whatever reason, good bad or indifferent, the fact is if you need it the same day... you may not get that. Also, though I received texted apologies daily there was never any mention of a discount or refund due to them not doing what they said they would. Hope this helps.

Very easy to use and they did everything they said. We even modified our pickup and that was also easy. Pricing was reasonable. Would definitely use again!

I had a bunch of lumber from a deck I tore apart, and the city of Philly wouldn’t pick it up. So I googled around and found Dropcurb. Fast forward just a few hours to the next morning, and the guy was here, on time, methodically taking all the lumber and putting it into his truck. In a few minutes he was done and the pile of lumber was gone. Highly recommend this service and will definitely use them again when the situation calls for it.
