Wrong tire was sent for the make and model. Contacted the company and was told they would forward it to the warehouse and ship out the correct tire. That was over a week ago the last I heard and 6 weeks since the initial order. Unacceptable.

The item showed up broke, I sent many many videos and pictures of what was wrong with it, and now in order for me to get a refund or a new one, you want me to repack it , box it, and pay for shipping to get it back to you , to get my money back on a non-working item, very unprofessional
