My mom and i had gone to the DD off Fredrick Road in Catonsville, MD. before and it was a fine experience. Even noticed a more variety of items. This time. We walk in. It's freezing in there and music was horrible and so loud. You couldn't think straight. We took ours to go. But never again will we go to that one. Then, we were in the 1 down the street from us and they mop the floor while your eating. Can't they wait until customers traffic slows down? My mom is over 90 and we could sue if she slipped and fell. They have limited sorts of Donuts and Breakfast items. DD has gone to the Dogs.

Dunkin has gone down hill and lost my business forever! First, I get a drink an inch and a half from the top because I asked for less ice. For them to top it off, it would cost me a dollar. The drink is already $5!! Today I go, make no special requests and my hot chai latte, not only was it cold, it also was an inch and a half from the top. Again, a $4 drink! They are a rip off as you can’t get what you pay for. I guess they spent too much money on ads with JLo, Ben Affleck, and Matt Damon to actually give to their customers what they pay over priced food and drinks for. Bye, Bye dunkin! You just lost a customer of over 20 years. Cheap-stakes!

We travel a lot by car, and we do enjoy coffee and a donut usually from DD. Recently that habit is beginning to change due to DD shift from a donut shop to competing with Starbucks as a beverage outlet. We're wondering, is anyone else disappointed with the change? We miss DD's donut selection and it's freshness. Thanks.

Caro de narices (porq no se pueden escribir palabrotas). Suben los precios cada mes. Te cobran 2 céntimos más por la tapa del vaso y por el vaso (deberían ofrecer vaso de cristal si tan ecofriendly dicen q son) y un vaso de agua q es por norma gratis en españa te cobran 1 céntimo. Me han intentado estafar más de 1 vez cobrándome de más y encima las empleadas son unas bordes de m*erda. no pongo 0 estrellas porq no se puede. El smoothie a empeorado su sabor porq son unos ratas q buscan ingredientes cada vez más baratos. No se porq tiene tanta fama, es una verdadera estafa y espero q los propietarios hagan algo YA💩💩

Relatively inexpensive, wouldn't go there often though because of the customer service

The coffee is good I wouldn't eat there all the time but it's good sometimes it can be very busy though

I went to the Dunkin in Woodstown this morning. I I I I ordered a cup of coffee and a donut. I waited longer than usual. No matter what I order it is never right! They forget my coffee or donut or forget to give me the cream on the side. Sometimes they just decide to put it in the coffee. I never get cream or sugar in my coffee, they never put enough in. I do not know which location is the worst. The one in Woodstown or the one on route 40!
