I went to the liverpool branch recently. The Doughnuts were fresh, tasty and value for money. The great part oabout the St John precinct store in Liverpool is the staff. They always treat you as a friend.

I contacted customer service because I tried to use a gift card on the app and the remainder of the purchase on my debit card. The total was $20.74, and my gift card was for $20. They charged my debit card for the whole purchase. I contacted them the day it happened and they strung me along for three weeks saying they were going to help me. I just wanted my debit card refunded and my gift card charged. They made me add more money to the gift card to accomplish this task, claiming I had to have the full $20.74 on the gift card. The app only allows a $2 minimum. I let them know that it was all set to be charged and didn't hear from them for a week. When I did finally hear from them they asked for my card information so they can refund my card, I gave them my card information along with the gift card information. They replied saying that they cannot refund my card after a purchase has already been made, even though literally minutes before they said they were going to do it. Also how can you refund someone before a purchase is made? That doesn't even make sense. After a purchase is the only time a refund would be required. I pointed out that I was told the exact opposite and sent a screenshot of them telling me that they will refund the debit card and charge the gift card. They responded back with the same response, they can't do it. So they made me wait three weeks, lied to me more than once, and made me spend more of my money just to tell me they're not going to help me. Awful customer service. I had such a simple request and they refused to do it, lied to me, and wasted my time.

I mean the frappe was absolutely delicious 😋 And the biscoffee donut was absolutely amazing I'd deffo go there again

Dunkin Donuts es ese tipo de negocios que logra el éxito, pero que luego pretenden vivir solo de su fama y su prestigio histótico. Es pura fachada, nunca encuentras lo que estàs buscando y el servicio es entre malo y pésimo. Nadie debería comprar nada en ese sitio

This is my favorite choice when I want to treat myself with something sweet and sugary!

I mean nothing special, but if you like fast food, Dunkin' can be a good choice. I prefer their menu over some more popular brands. I think even the prices are more reasonable, and for me, the fries are the best here. Dunkin is indeed the nearest fast-food place to my home and whenever I think of having some quick lunch it is the first place that comes to my mind, but I think even if they were not so close I would choose them again over the others.

The young girl at the window told me they do not have change when I gave her a $10 bill so needless to say I did bot get any change back from my order! That is unacceptable that they cannot give you your change from your order!! So I guess the change I did not get back goes towards her tip?? Also I asked for whipped cream on my drink which she even read back to me on my order but dud not put on my drink! The staff ar this location is incompetent!! I will post this on social media and will certainly not return!!
