I visited Dunkin’ on 1427 Dual Hwy on 12/08/23, and ordered a Latte . It wasn’t made to my liking, I asked that it be remade. The manager came to the window in a very nasty manner, and I told her the drink was just milk and no espresso or flavoring, She went back and forth with me because she didn’t want to remake the drink, finally I asked for a refund, and told her she would be reported, and she said I don’t care.She wanted to charge me for remaking the drink. Finally she decided to remake , but put too much espresso,which I think was done intentionally. It wasn’t drinkable.

For the past several months, the Iced Caramel Lattes have been horrible! They are definitely watered down. It tastes like a 5.40 cup of milk! It’s a waste of money! Won’t go back.

Mobile order # 244 I pre-ordered for my office. When I got the store my order was not ready. I told the young lady with earring in her nose that I would pull to the front. I waited approximately 20 mins and no came out I went in and the gentleman advised me that he was still getting my order together, I went back to my truck which was park right in front of the store and waited another 30 mins. During my wait a black lady came out the store and to my left talk with a few people and when right back in. I then went into the store aggravated for the time spent waiting for my order. The tall white gentleman stated they were looking for me. I told him I was parked at the front of the store this whole time, lady from the window stated she told me to park at the stop sign which was not true. (While waiting I saw the same lady from the window bring an order to a car parked at the stop sign) The black girl with scarf then told me I need to get my fat ass out her store. I then got angrier, by her words and felt this all could have been avoided if they knew to communicate with customers. I would like this issue addressed right away

Mostly is not fresh! Never right when you ask for specifics drink!

Habe für Halloween 12 Donuts bestellt. Die Donuts kamen alle beschädigt an und 2 lagen sogar auf der Seite mit dem Guss, d.h. sie waren komplett zerstört. Eine Reklamation beim Kundenservice blieb unbeantwortet. Nie wieder!!

At Ronald Regan DCA Airport I requested the lady employee to give me hot water in my flask since I was not feeling well and she had an audacity to demand $1.10 or else she would not give me hot water! SHAME on you Dunkin Donuts !
