Dutch is fantastic I highly recommend their services. Dutch is more convenient and affordable than the veterinarians in my area.

I was skeptical of this service but if you have multiple pets, you know problems can come up quickly. The good: the vet i spoke to was very professional and friendly. She addressed the problem and set up a treatment plan. The appointment was ridiculously easy and no wrestling with a stressed out pet for 2 hours. The not so good: when you subscribe, know you will be blasted with solicitations to set your first appointment. Too much spam. Also, my original appointment was canceled by the vet. No explanation. I had to start over at the beginning. Why not automatically reassign to another vet instead of leaving the customer hanging? And their pharmacy and shipping is exceptionally slow 🐌. Overall, i think this is a valuable service and will definitely use again just know there are some things they could improve on.

We appreciate you sharing your detailed feedback. We are glad to hear that the vet provided professional and friendly service, and that the appointment process was easy for you and your pet. We acknowledge your concerns regarding the solicitations, the cancellation of your original appointment without explanation, and the slow pharmacy and shipping. We are actively working to improve these areas to provide a more seamless experience for our customers. Your insights are valuable as we strive to enhance our service.

Well worth the cost, just the savings alone in time & having a zoom appointment in the comfort of your own home rather than having to go to an actual vet office and the wait time, etc. etc. Not to mention so much less stress on the animal!! They’re not being poked and prodded by a total stranger, I love it!!

Great concept...horrible execution Online vet visit was great, everything afterwards was a disaster. My dog is on scheduled medication and starting to struggle because the order was canceled, reordered, and they are now out of stock Taking the prescription they provided and going to a different pharmacy.

I like that I have access to quality vet care for less. It makes it easier for me to afford to treat strays around the area and not break the bank

We're so glad our affordable, quality care helps you support strays. Thank you for your kind feedback!
