It's very nice and convenient to have a vet via video. Makes things a lot easier since I'm disabled and can't get to bring my Leonberger to a vet at 140 lb LOL

Dutch Pet has made getting veterinary care so easy and so much less expensive than traveling the vet's office. You would still need to see a live vet for many things but for the routine stuff, this is the best!

In non-urgent situations Dutch is very helpful as a first line source before going to an in person vet. Rather than relying on random people on the internet for advice, it’s very useful to have access to an actual vet on very short notice, without having to pack up my pet and leave home.

FALSE ADVERTISING. They say "same day vet appointments". I couldn't get an appointment for 10 days! Total rip off. Wasted my time and my pets time. Do not use this service. They don't have vets in all states. They told me they only have a few vets in my state, but their advertising clearly states "same day vet appointments". Totally untrue. I'm still waiting for my refund, which seems to be taking awhile. We'll see.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and we're sorry your experience didn't meet your expectations. We'd like to clarify a few things. Dutch does offer service in all 50 states; however, each state has its own laws governing telemedicine. In some states, prescriptions cannot be issued via telemedicine, but our veterinary team is still here to provide advice and guidance as needed. We do offer same-day appointments, but availability depends on demand. If all same-day slots are booked, the next available appointment is offered. We'd love the opportunity to look into your account and help make this right. Please reach out to our care team at [email protected] so we can assist further.

I joined Dutch March of 2025. My six years old Balinese has a typical asthma and lung scaring. He almost died once before Dutch. Working with 3 veterinarians and 9 months of commitment by the vets we have had Puddy symptoms free now for 4 months. I probably saved a $1000 compared to my local vet. Still take your pet for annual local vets visits for vaccination and check ups. Because of Dutch I have an active cat happy cat

Scheduling on short notice was super easy. Dr. B was concise, communicative, kind, and patient. I appreciated her low cost OTC recommendation to start.
