Dutch VetReviews of dutch.com

It was wonderful. Quick, Efficient and Easy. I was prescribed the correct medication for my pet quickly and reliably.

I have been using Dutch for a couple of years now. It's so convenient and great for things like recurring ear infections etc. that don't really need an in person visit. One visit pays for the annual fee in what you save by not having to go in to the office. I have multiple pets and the fact that you can add 5 pets at no extra cost is great. Highly recommend.

Indeed, it is more cost-effective to schedule an over-the-phone consultation with their veterinarian. The medication prescription is identical to that obtained through an in-person visit. However, they are attempting to justify the high cost of the medications. Additionally, if you are not satisfied with the service, they will not refund any unused portions of your subscription, which they fail to disclose on their booking page. Even if you change your mind, you will not be able to get your money back. Therefore, I would advise you to reconsider your decision and think twice or three times before paying the high cost of expensive medication to save absolutely nothing. I am deeply disappointed with the service you canceled your recurring subscription for. However, they retain the initial payment.

Dutch made everything so simple and reassuring! I consulted with Dr. Jeannie Grijalva about my dog’s ear irritation (redness, itching, and mild smell) plus a possible rash on her skin. In just 10 minutes she gave the clearest, most thoughtful vet talk I’ve ever had. She listened carefully, explained everything clearly (allergies may be linking both issues), and gave me a practical at-home treatment plan with gentle ear cleaning, soothing topicals, and confident guidance on what to watch for. She also offered easy follow-up support. It was so easy and so worth not having to go in for a vet appointment. My dog gets very upset by the strange smells and cries from the other animals at the clinic, so handling it comfortably from home was a huge relief for both of us. Helpful tips I took away: • For ears – watch for shaking, scratching, or discharge; clean gently as directed. • For rashes – note any spreading or hotspots; ear and skin issues are often connected. • Message Dutch anytime for unlimited follow-ups if symptoms don’t improve quickly. If your pet stresses out around other animals at the vet, Dutch is a game-changer. I’ll definitely use them again! Thank you, Dr. Grijalva and the Dutch team ◡̈

Dutch is such a life saver. I love their subscription service. I have unlimited access to a vet any time as many times as I need. The drs are professionals, knowledgeable and helpful. If you have a general idea of what your pets issue is, and don’t need a bunch of tests, you will save so much money using Dutch. Even their meds are cheaper than the vet office. And I have found such a good dr on there that I run everything my vets have said past her. Dr Kari Jenkins is great. Get an appointment with her if you can. We ran out of time on our first visit. She said she had another one to be on, but meet her back at the zoom link in 10 minutes and she finished our visit. I appreciated that so much. She wasn’t trying to rush and wanted to make sure my dog got the help she needed. We love Dr Jenkins.

I was able to make an appointment quickly. The vet was great!

I went to Dutch because my dog was experiencing severe allergy symptoms. They responded to me in a very timeful manner. The veterinarian was very on point with the diagnosis and helped me get the medication she prescribed quickly and in a way that was affordable for me.
