The DOC was great. She took her time listen to my concerns and prescribe the medicine that my fur baby would need to treat his skin issue. I was grateful I was able to receive care in such a timely and professional manner.

They are knowledgeable veterinarians, and they have various times that you can see them, even late at night. The one downfall about an online veterinarian, is if they prescribe you something, you've got to wait for it to come in the mail. But they're well worth the money on their membership, especially since any local office visit runs you eighty five ninety dollars or more.

We're happy to hear that you appreciate our knowledgeable veterinarians and convenient availability. We acknowledge that waiting for mailed prescriptions can be challenging, but we're glad you find our membership worthwhile. Thanks for your feedback!

I ordered prescribed pain medication for my dog SIXTEEN days ago…and it is still “processing” in Dutch’s pharmacy. When I reached out to Dutch support, they acknowledged the problem, but did not correct it. Currently their support office is unresponsive. If you care about your animal and want their health issues treated promptly, Dutch is NOT A GOOD CHOICE.

We're very sorry to hear about the delay with your dog's medication. We know how important it is to receive prescriptions promptly, and we regret that our support team has been unresponsive. We see you are not actively working with a member of the Customer Support team. We're looking into what happened and will work to prevent similar issues in the future. Thank you for your feedback.

Signed up thinking that I would be able to talk to a vet about my cat. Turned out they didn’t have any availability for 3 weeks and there was no one available to talk to!!! $97 I could have used at the vet but I have to wait for a refund now. This is a total scam saying you get same day help. Don’t mess with someone whose fur baby is sick!!!!!!!
