I loved the virtual vet , my mastiff is very anxious and aggressive towards the vets in person. Bad experience in the past. This takes all my stress away

I signed up. Needed an immediate vet appointment. They offered one in two days. In two days I can call an actual vet. It’s a rip off. Don’t do it. They won’t refund my money I’ve been signed up for 1 day I wasted $92

You reached out late Saturday, 1/31/26, requesting to cancel your service and received an automated response with instructions on how and where to cancel your service on your account. When you replied expressing further concerns, your ticket was escalated to our customer service team, who assisted you in canceling the service and issued a full refund on 2/1/26. We also want to note that our membership provides unlimited veterinary advice for a full year and the convenience of at-home virtual appointments for a single fee. While we understand our service may not be the right fit for every situation, we’re glad our team was able to resolve this promptly.

Scheduling an appointment was easy. The doctor was very nice and listened to my concerns. She recommended a prescription and shampoo and quickly sent over the treatment plan. I was able to choose overnight for shipping and the medication was here next day. My baby is feeling much better. Thank you so much!!

Dr. Erickson was caring and understanding about my cat's problem and my needs regarding treatment. She prescribed the topical medicine necessary and gave me a followup plan of care for Jerry (cat). I was able to order the medication the same day. Very pleased

Dutch is a fantastic online vetinarian service company. My senior cat has a chronic condition that was becoming exhausting mentally and financially for me needing in person vet visits several times a month to get the medicine he needs. Also, it was extremely stressful for my cat. In person vet office fees every single time, tons of unnecessary tests required each time to get the medicine he needs, & then on top of that the medicine is way more expensive through the in person vet. Moving forward I will only be using in person vet clinic services for emergencies or absolute dire circumstances. Dutch is perfect way to get the medicine your pet needs in a stress free & affordable way. I can't recommend it enough and I wish I knew about it years ago.
