It was great to do a virtual visit so I didn’t have to miss work or stress my puppy out going into a clinic.

I didnt use these guys because of their decceptive advertisement claiming 8 dollars for a visit. No not even close, they immediately then charge 65 dollars a month but you only find that in the fine print.

Thank you for your feedback. We want to clarify that we do not offer a monthly service or charge $65 per month. Our membership is a single flat annual fee, which provides unlimited vet advice for a full year. When broken down, that annual cost can be as little as $8 per month, but there are no per-visit fees and no monthly billing. This information is outlined during signup, and we’re sorry if it wasn’t clear at the time you reviewed it. We appreciate you sharing your experience and are always working to make our pricing and messaging as transparent as possible.
