Your medication order was placed on 1/13/26 and delivered on 1/15/26, which is within our stated 1–3 business day timeframe for rush shipping. Tracking information was sent once the order was processed. We do see that you reached out through multiple channels in a short period of time. Please note that our support team responds to inquiries in the order they are received, and sending multiple messages can move the request to the bottom of the queue. When our team responded, we replied via the most recent channel used and provided the tracking details there. We offer phone, email, SMS, and chat support, all of which are actively monitored by our team. Responses are handled in the order inquiries are received, and while we strive to reply as quickly as possible, response times may vary during high-volume periods. We understand how stressful it can be when waiting on medication and appreciate your patience. We’re always reviewing feedback to improve communication and the overall experience, and we thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Due to the difficulties you had reaching our support team, we also refunded the rush shipping fee as a courtesy. We did see that you reached out through multiple support channels. Please note that all tickets are answered in the order they are received, and sending multiple inquiries can move a request to the bottom of the queue. We also appreciate you noting that the vet encouraged ongoing communication and updates regarding your dog’s condition, that continuity of care is very important to us. We do apologize for the frustration you experienced regarding the pharmacy order. Due to the nature of prescription medications and pharmacy policies, once an order is placed it is sent for fulfillment very quickly, which means we’re unable to stop or cancel it even if it has not yet shipped. We understand how disappointing that can be and regret any inconvenience this caused. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving both our care and communication.
