Absolute game changer for pet owners. The process was easy, the vet I spoke with was kind, thoughtful, and thorough. Not to mention inexpensive! My yearly subscription cost 1/3 of one trip to my vets office. Thank you Dutch!

Easy and seamless to sign up. Learned more about my dog's skin allergy than I have in previous visits with traditional vets. My vet today was insightful and caring and I didn't feel like just number

Due to the fact that one of my pets prefers to roam outside and is difficult to catch for in clinic appointments, I found Dutch to be the best way to get him the care that he needed. Dr. Staten was so kind and listened with full intent of helping me properly care for my baby. I would refer Dutch to any pet parent as well as would recommend doctor Staten as there veterinarian.

Not worth the money! when I signed up with Dutch, I was a new customer. I was offered the promotion that they had going on which was a certain amount off of the price for a year and also you can pick a tracker for your pet on a collar or you can pick a portrait never received any portrait or anything how to go about getting it either. I feel like that was false advertisement. I started having issues with one of the doctors there. She asked us for a heart worm test. I have had my pets all on preventative meds since my dogs were young. Personally me, I rather take them to my vet, which I did. I asked him for a heartworm test. He told me why do you need it? You’ve been on preventative for your pets. Also, one of our pets passed away because they were put on Bravecto and she had seizures and she passed away. We were heartbroken .The only thing that I will say in my experience is take your pets to your veterinarian, instead of a Doctor Who is looking at your dog through a phone or a computer and not checking them out in person .I asked for a reimbursement and they did give it to me, which I’m grateful for.
