This is a very convenient and inexpensive way to care for your pets . There is a shortage of vets in our area and for non emergency situations this is the best alternative!

At first I was a little skeptical about using this service, and I am happy that I did. It was easy and not too expensive. The vet that helped us was so kind and understanding.

It seems like a good idea poorly executed. 1. There are many things the vets cannot do since it is an online, zoom based service. So the visit fees I hope to save may still be required if one of my pets gets sick or injured. That is not a downside but definitely to be considered. 2. My big complaint is how inconvenient they made the service. I have 3 dogs and tried to schedule back-to-back appointments to arrange for heartworm meds. That is not allowed. I can only have 2 appointments on the calendar. I could not schedule the third until I had completed one. I am still trying to decide if this annoys me enough to cancel my membership. I probably will considering that I tried this service primarily for its convenience.

Thank you for taking the time to share your honest feedback, we truly appreciate it. We're sorry to hear that your experience hasn’t met your expectations so far. You’ve raised some very fair points. You’re absolutely right that there are certain limitations with telehealth compared to in-person veterinary care. Our goal is to make everyday pet care, like prescriptions, behavior support, and preventive guidance, as convenient and affordable as possible, while ensuring pets get in-person attention when medically necessary. Thank you as well for your feedback on scheduling. We’ve passed this along to our team so we can continue improving the experience for multi-pet households. We’d love the chance to make this right and help you get the most value out of your membership. If you’re open to it, please reach out to us at [email protected], our team would be happy to assist you directly. Thank you again for trying Dutch and for sharing your perspective. It helps us get better for all pet parents.

Very thorough questionnaire before the visit with pictures added, and the diagnosis was almost immediate. Great experience.

The vet was awsome, but if your dog needs medications right away, don't waste your money with this company, they promise but can not deliver, also, FedEx, they suck! And lie about the delivery dates!!! If I knew i was going to have this aggravation, I would've just went to my vet, i will be looking to get a full refund with my " membership"

Vets are awesome, fulfillment is horrible. No local vet wants to deal with Dutch and communication is horrible. They need a phone number to call.

My video vet experience was outstanding. The Dr listened, answered my questions and came up with a workable solution for both my dog and my budget. Quick, easy, and affordable.
