Excellent bedside manners and very compassionate vet. She is very thorough and very smart and down to earth. She made me feel so much better after I was spiraling. Great doctor and I am gonna always book with her for my cat

I really like the concept of “doggie- tele-health” for prescriptions and run of the mill questions that don’t require a hands-on experience with the Vet. It is very convenient and cost-effective. I was notified by email that Kobe would see Dr. Pamela McGinnis at the time I requested, which was the same day less than 2 hours later. The Vet was very nice and personable. She asked me to manipulate Kobe in various positions so that she could examine him. I could tell she had a lot of experience from the questions she asked. The whole exam lasted 10 minutes. It was very easy. She then sent a treatment plan and prescription to my Dutch account. It was simple to buy the meds I needed. They offered payment options including PayPal. The prices were the same as big discount pet-websites out there. The total cost was about 2X less than what I would have paid in a vet’s office. I’m happy that I found Dutch. Funny name for a pet business though, lol.

Vet was great very prompt and through however I’m having trouble with the proscription part and don’t understand why it’s so much for a antibiotic when I already paid 135 for a subscription 🤦🏼♀️

Hi there, we’re so glad to hear your vet visit was prompt and thorough, and we’re sorry for the frustration with the prescription and medication pricing. Your Dutch membership covers unlimited online vet consults and care; medication is billed separately by the pharmacy. That said, we work hard to keep costs fair. If you found the antibiotic for less elsewhere, we do offer price matching. Just email a screenshot of the lower price to [email protected] and we’ll review and match when eligible. If you’re still having trouble with the prescription step, we’re happy to help get everything squared away and coordinate with your preferred pharmacy.
