We are so incredibly grateful to Dr. Jett. She was kind, compassionate, and truly understood our situation with Kasper. It’s such a relief to have found these online services—Kasper doesn’t do well at the vet, and every visit had become a stressful and risky experience for all of us. Being able to get support in a safe, comfortable home environment has made a world of difference. Thank you, Dr. Jett, for your patience and for creating such an amazing and thoughtful service. The prices are very affordable. We’re very thankful!

Used Dutch for the first time. Service was easy to use. Our call with the Vet was on time, professional and she suggested a couple of treatment options that were explained to us very well. Doctor gave us as much time as we needed. Very positive experience.

They sent my pet's prescriptions to the wrong address in the wrong city. THEN I had to pay for the prescriptions AGAIN to be sent to the correct address and still don't have them more than a month later. Additionally, I have never been able to speak to a human about any of this, just the chat bot.

Hi there, thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear about the frustration with your order and understand how stressful it can be when medications are delayed, especially when your pet needs them. We did review your account and can confirm that you spoke with a member of our customer service team, who assisted with your order and helped update the shipping address. The prescription was initially shipped to the address listed on your account at the time of purchase, but we’ve since corrected it to reflect your new address moving forward. We know this experience didn’t meet expectations, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. If there’s anything still outstanding or if you need further assistance, our team is here and ready to help.
