The vet was very knowledgeable, warm and responsive. She listened to me and she also gave me some excellent recommendations as well as the medication my dog needed and how to use it.

I was up at 4 o'clock this morning. For this 4:50 appointment I tried to connect tried to connect. I tried until 5:30 AM. And it would not connect and then I just lost my mother. I got my sister. That's overtaken the estate and we had to take her to court. I'm on limited funds. I'm on disability and my mother left money for me to take care of things which I have not been able to access and not only did I not get connected to you, you're charging me a $25 fee for something that I tried for 45 minutes to do. Dude, I would not recommend this service to nobody because you can look. I had the reboot. The appointment for 2:50 because 450 did not work. And I'm trying there's no way to connect you. There's no humans that talk to. I'm just really disappointed. In this service and if this is what you're gonna do, build customers when they try to connect and assume thing was not working. I am not responsible for that. If that's what you wanna do, charge me. 25 bucks for when I tried for 45 minutes. Then you can cancel my service and give me my money back. Because I don't need the added stress. I've got a sick animal. I've rebooked it with you because you did not connect right this morning. That is not my fault. You have no customer service. This is ridiculous.

Dutch was easy to sign up for, sent helpful links and reminders for our appointment. Dr. McArtor was friendly, prompt and attentive to Coal's ear issue today. Ordered meds and a test needed. I highly recommend Dutch and Dr. McArtor!

I adopted a cat who ended up being pregnant, I noticed one of them had a swollen eye — of course, it was after all the vets were closed on a Saturday. I booked an appointment that same day through Dutch and had my virtual visit the next day. I loved that I didn’t have to load up the mama and her babies to go to the vet. We were all in the comfort of our home, and the vet was super kind, knowledgeable, and patient. She answered all of my questions, and even when I forgot to ask something during the appointment, I was able to message her afterward and got a quick response.

I absolutely love this service! It can be so stressful for pets and owners to go to a clinic for appointments and this helps so much with minor things that are easily treated. The vets are great, the calls are quick and having the pharmacy drop ship medication is amazing!
