Doctor Vasani immediately recognize what was wrong with my best friend and prescribed, not only medication, but also food to start to introduce into his diet

If I would leave this review when I first started using Dutch, I would’ve given it four stars. The vets that I was seeing were awesome, kind and very knowledgeable. jumping to currently, Dutch has gone downhill. I had to pay to get a prescription transferred to my local Costco. The five dollars wasn’t a problem. The fact that it took almost 6 weeks to get it sent over after I paid, I also requested the prescription be chewable and it wasn’t. When I contacted the help line, they stated that since I had one filled I had to go through the whole process of messaging the veterinarian and scheduling another appointment to get it changed. After I complained about this, I went to the website to see if it was corrected, and my membership was canceled. The way this business is run makes me take pause on the care of my fur family.

We’d like to clarify a few details: our records show that the prescription transfer to Costco was requested on June 9th and picked up just two days later on June 11th. At the time, we transferred a chewable version of the medication as prescribed. However, we understand the frustration that arose when the pharmacy didn't fill it correctly. Since then, our team has offered to send over a new prescription, since there were no refills initially, to resolve the issue promptly without requiring another appointment. We’re also sorry to hear about the confusion regarding your membership. Please know Dutch would never cancel a membership in response to a complaint, we value honest feedback and use it to improve. I took a look and your account is still active and ready to use. It's possible there was a technical glitch that showed you inactive. Please let us know if this is still the case so we can provide troubleshooting steps. I highly recommend Dutch. My cat has a chronic eye condition and the Vet was awesome.

I'm older and not that familiar with Zoom meetings. I goofed up and couldn't get into my first meet and greet. But the people at Dutch didn't give up on me. And, they responded immediately! You can tell they care about the people who are subscribers.
