I have had wonderful experiences with each Vet I have spoken with. They were professional, knowledgeable, and kind. They showed concern and care for my puppy each time I had a video vet call. Their Vets are very thorough and no question is irrelevant. They are awesome. Thank you.

The amount of stress, my dog goes through when he has to go to bed. Even as simple as an ear infection. Dutch 🐶 takes care all of that. I can basically use my phone from the comfort of my home. My dogs relaxed. that is truly life saver … or pup saver lol I can’t say enough good things about.

I just signed up for Dutch and met once with a vet for my dog’s seasonal allergies. The vet was very professional and prescribed two medications. One medication arrived in 2 days, the other medication, the allergy medication, has not arrived yet and it has been nearly a week. I love the idea of this service but if I have to wait a week to get medication, I’m going to have to go to my local vet.

I signed up for this service and have used it twice. Both of the doctors they connected me with were incredibly unprofessional. The first one had a screaming child in the room and was yelling at her kid. The second one was confused about her schedule and didn't answer my questions and just told me to change my dog's food - which is absolutely not something that can be done due to my pet's sensitivities. If she has bothered to ask me any relevant questions about my senior dog, perhaps we could have gotten a solution but she just kept telling me she didn't like the food I'm giving her, even though my regular vet and I have a really strict food plan.
