Dr Brooke was fantastic. She explained my dog's treatment plan thoroughly, and in a way that was easy to understand and remember. I would be happy to use her again in the future!

We love using Dutch, especially for the convenience for our 11 year old pup with anxiety. Getting in the car to GO to a vet would be very traumatic so the ability to zoom is priceless. All of our interactions with the assigned vets have been amazing, but we REALLY love Dr John Shahady!

Amazing! Our 2 car-scared cats picked up a respiratory infection from a neighbor's cat. After signing up for a year with Dutch for only $79, we had 2 separate appointments with 2 different vets at Dutch for no additional cost, and both experiences were great. Both vets were local, and since an antibiotic was needed, we were able to transfer the prescriptions to CVS for only a $5 transfer fee. We avoided having to traumatize our babies with a car ride for FAR LESS than it would have cost to take them to a vet's office. We're super glad we discovered this service!!

First of all it was super easy to schedule an appointment and they were right on time. The dr was very thorough and knowledgeable about our dogs condition so we felt very comfortable with her. She was very professional and personable also. Would highly recommend

We signed up, had an appointment set and then it was canceled by the vet. They advised us in the message that we needed to cancel and set up a new appointment. There was no option to do so. We reached out to the company and they did nothing for us. We cancelled our plan and I will be disputing the charge with our credit card company. If the vet needed to cancel then they should have done what needed to be done to cancel it, the way they wanted us to do it was to show we canceled it when in fact it wasn't our doing. This makes me feel that the vet was trying to pull one over on us in some way. Will never use this company again and I will make sure to pass along to everyone I know that they are not a good, solid company.
