You are able to see pets by video visit and do prescriptions. 5 pets on one policy for no extra charge. The price is great. I don’t have to dive my cats 40 minutes to the vet if they’re not feeling well. Of course I still have my regular vet for vaccines and things like that, but they are often booked a month out so seeing them for a minor emergency is not possible. I’ve already recommended them to 3 friends and our groomer. Good job, Dutch!

It was fast, convenient, and cheaper than constantly bringing my dog to the vet. and my elderly dog no longer has to get in the car to go there. Dr Hannah Lewis was very friendly and knowledgeable. Brought a sense of relief to know they won’t run out of meds.

I'm very grateful for this company. I had reached out and subscribed to get help with my elderly dog. Unfortunately before I could even take the online vet call my sweet 15 year old Chompers passed away. Charles with customer service responded to my email immediately after. With kind words of condolences. He also reversed and refunded my payment right away with no hesitation. Thank you so much for your understanding, kindness and extraordinary customer service. I'm thankful to know a company like Dutch exists. In the future I will definitely recommend this company as well as sign up again if I get another fur baby. Thank you.

Horrible experience with Dutch! I purchased a membership and set a virtual visit for my pup on 12/5. After minutes of tech glitches finally the vet and I were connected. She put in prescription orders and I paid for the medication right after the orders were sent. That was 12/5, it’s now 12/20 and no medication to be found. You can’t actually talk to anyone, only text and email so I have done both since 12/9. They say there was a delay and it’s sorted out and they will see about overnighting the medication that was 12/15, still no medication. Now they say we will get back with you and that was on 12/18, still no medication. In any event after the medication was not received I went to my usual in person vet I wasn’t about to continue waiting while my dog was sick for them to get their problems together. I requested a refund of everything and instead of addressing that they say we dropped the ball and will contact you when the medication is shipped. The only contact I want is my refund. I will not renew my membership or recommend to other pet owners.

We have two dogs, on bulldog and a lab so completely different breeds. Our doctor took the time to analyze both of their symptoms and not only prescribed medicine, she gave us suggestions on over the counter supplements, and medication to help our pups while waiting for their meds.

Dutch has amazing and fast customer service. My initial appointment with them was painless and the Dr. was incredibly knowledgeable. She even provided tips on how to work with my dog on some of the behaviors he was exhibiting. Most recently, I needed to fix my prescription refills after forgetting to update my payment and the service provided was quick and pleasant. Thank you Dutch!
