I have to say that this has been the best investment I have made for my pet easy accessibility to the Vets fast same day and with in hours you can get a Telehealth appointment and the vets are loving and caring individuals love Dutch

Our experience with Dutch was so fantastic I actually asked them to send me a link so I could write a review. Because, if you’re like me, I do a ton of research before subscribing to something and the reviews I read made me nervous. I’m here to say I’m glad I trusted my gut and gave this a try. I went with the $35/month subscription. The service, once I signed up was incredible. I got a telemedicine appt within 2 hours of signing up. The vet was thorough, intelligent and understanding. I was able to receive our much needed pet prescription same day, with a $5 transfer fee (fully disclosed on website, so I knew I would pay this), transferred same day to a pet med pharmacy I use. The vet went above and beyond when I had questions after our call and was responsive over chat within minutes. Dutch customer service was responsive over text within minutes of my questions as well. I’m extremely satisfied and couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I joined because I needed a same day appt and the website implied that was possible. Once I’d joined there were no appointments available so I contacted support to cancel. I was concerned because of the horror stories I read in the online reviews about not being refunded (I’d paid for a year in advance on the top plan). To my surprise support replied back the next morning that my request to cancel was being honored with a full refund. I’ll definitely consider joining in the future.

The service Dutch provides is outstanding. Their Vets are highly experienced and extremely helpful. The Customer Service is prompt and reliable. We have had so much trouble schedule Vet appointments, which delays needed pet care; but not with Dutch. We can schedule virtual Vet appointments quickly and easily. Needed prescriptions are also promptly sent. We can't say enough positive comments about Dutch.com!!
