Attentive customer service!
This is technically my second time ordering from DX sabers, but the first time that I was getting something for myself. Customer service as been very attentive and helpful, answering any and all questions. They reached out to me to inform me that the triple stand I had ordered was out of stock, and offered to send a different stand. I did realize that there was something missing from my order when I recieved it, but customer service was quick to reach out when I emailed them. They were very quick to offer solutions. The neopixel mystery saber that I got was absolutely gorgeous and you really can't beat the price I got it at either! Shipping was fast!

Absolutely the worst experience i have…
Absolutely the worst experience i have ever had, im 100% sure this is a SCAM!! Just want my money back.. SO YOU ARE SAYING THIS IS NOT AN AUTHENTIC REVIEW BUT I EMAILED YOU MULTIPLE TIMES WITH ZERO REPLIES. YES I DID GET SCAMMED. ALL IN WANT IS MY MONEY BACK..

This review is not authentic please disregard when reading. We are working with trust pilot to get this review removed. We have no record of anyone named Saun in our system and the reviewer cannot be found after sending a request via trust pilot. There is no order number associated with this review and there is no other feedback or information on this person. We have overwhelming amounts of documentation and timestamped screen shots that show we do refund customers if need be on a regular basis and we do our best to provide a wonderful customer experience as a small family business. We brought my grandson and they were amazing with him. They were patient and answered all his questions. He loves the Light Saber. They go out of their way to ensure everything is just right and stand behind their products. Their customers service can be a role model for other companies large and small.

The shipping was fast and I got exactly what I asked for I ordered 10 sabers that I could use for our Jedi camp coming up in July and I receive them within the next week exactly how and what I wanted can’t wait to use them in July

Possible faulty tech or something wrong with it
At first all was okay the saber was working fine but suddenly it got stuck on one color no sound and won’t turn off no matter what I tried not sure what happened it’s like it quit on me I’ve had issues in the past with these sabers not sure what to do

Christian sent us an email asking for help while we were out of the office. He only gave us 4 hours to respond before leaving a negative review without allowing us to help. Christian if you can see this we have emailed you back asking for a video so that we can help you with your issues with any of the sabers you have from us. Also each one of your sabers is covered under warranty and each can be replaced no problem. We hope you see this and our email as we are actively trying to help you resolve your issues. Updating/Communication
So Brianne email me immediately when I sent my complaint through. Ask thoroughly to give 5 stars for her service and I did. However. Tracking shipping states my saber arrived on the 24th. She I would be notify immediately when arrived. It's the 30th, and I understand weekend and memorial day holiday but I haven't been told DXSaber have received my saber or any updates. I've email Brianne a few times. Would love any feedback or estimate of how long this will be. Edited same day as posted. How can yall respond at 9am immediately after my first email and not at all now? Do not trust this company anymore, send my saber back to my address. So update. After I left bad service comments that's when they decided to make it a public post for all customer to stop spamming their email. Got on BBB and got the guys phone number and refused to speak to me on the matter. After that finally gotten a email back on how I should be ashamed of myself and how rude I was being. I will say I was passive aggressive due to the lack of communication and how they made it seem like I was the problem. Later they seen I have discovered the truth about the company and I learn of these "hate groups" when all they did was show facts on the matter of who DX Sabers really is. Last email was that I was scamming them, when I sent them my broken saber, and just so much nonsense. I did go on to each fb page and other communication to get there attention, and instead of asking me to stop they blocked me. They wanna play victim when they're creating victim of their company. Sorry if piled all together just really wanna get my point across. They don't care for your satisfaction. And they're reply is wrong. I wanna pay for shipping and never sent the link! I stated in my last email I was gonna pay. They never responded. I guess calling the local authorities for theft is my option if they don't send me this tracking info

For those reading - this entire review is planted to hurt our score. We know this for several reasons 1.) We work very hard to make sure everyone has an amazing experience by answering all emails every week and resolving every single issue our customers have within a timely fashion 2.) We ask for reviews after finishing part 1 and if we haven't done a good enough job, we keep working with the customer until we have earned our good review and that is why our score is good and getting better 3.) This person initially contacted us and let us know they were very anxious to send us their saber for repair for some reason. My wife and I assured them that everything would be fine and he insisted that there is no way we would possibly know the package came from them, which is confusing because each package has the sender's name on it and address so it is very easy to know where each repair comes from upon receipt. We instructed them to send us their tracking number for the package and this took a while but they finally did and soon after we finished our email conversation we left for the memorial day weekend as it was the end of day on Thursday leading into memorial day weekend. Our office had not had a day off in weeks so we took friday to monday off to rest and we informed every customer of this who needed our help. During this memorial day weekend, wolf emailed us numerous times even though we let them know we were out of the office and couldn't check the repair status. They then proceeded to join a hate group dedicated to destroying our company, they found my personal cell phone number and called 10 times per day and left two extremely vulgar voicemails that I wouldn't even let anyone else listen to it due to the vulgar content of the voicemail. They then proceeded to spam our social media with vulgar comments and curse words and saying that he is exposing us etc. We sent wolf an email at this point asking him to please stop the spamming emails and harassment via phone call. They insisted we are a scam and that we are crooks and they would like their saber sent back without repairs done informing us that they read every negative review online about our company and as a result they no longer felt we were a legitimate company. We informed wolf that this is not a problem and that all they had to do was pay for the return shipping as we require the customer pay for to or fro shipping for repair items. He immediately called us thieves for stealing his item and that we were crooks for refusing to send it back to them We informed them that we have stolen nothing and that we are happy to ship it back to him once he pays for the return shipping cost which was only $10 dollars domestic through USPS or $13 with UPS. They currently have refused to pay for the return shipping and we are currently waiting for the shipping to be purchased by this customer so that we can return their item as instructed by them. They are claiming that we never sent them the link, but after reading this update in the review we have forwarded the email with the shipping link that we sent 3 days ago time stamped as well. None of this makes any sense and every time odd behavior like this happens - it is a person sent to us from a hate group or a competing company that is trying to hurt our score pretending to be a customer and you can tell again because every single negative review is liked by BRANDON DALE - one of many ring leaders of each negative review and the hate group dedicated to destroying our company.
