Dear Juliette: Thank You so much for writing us. Out of the thousands of orders that we have shipped from the same batch; there had been one other customer that told us of a similar experience. Even tho there weren't very many similar reports; it surely doesn't diminish the importance of your experience or satisfaction. Juliette, we are immediately sending you a (complimentary) replacement pack, and if it isn't too much trouble, after receiving and using the replacement pack, kindly let me know how well it was performing for you. Most sincerely Lisa - BPI Customer Service 800-226-1884

Dear Yvonne: ON THE CONTRARY !!! They will block out (ALL) his snoring!!! Yvonne, our earplug need to (SEAL) your ear canals to block out (ALL) his snoring. Please, please, please, follow the below instructions (exactly), and you will be VERY VERY (( HAPPY )) with the sound reduction !!!!!!!! 1. Just before insertion, take (( ONE )) ear plug at a time, and (work or knead) it between your fingers or hands for at LEAST 15-20 seconds to make our Beeswax ear plug, (soft and mouldable). 2. Then push and flatten it, (a bit firmly), IN and AGAINST your ear opening, UNTIL YOU FEEL the ear plug (( SEAL )) (( SEAL )) yes (( SEAL )) your ear canal. IMPORTANT: If the ear plug doesn't SEAL immediately, then just keep your finger pressed against it for a few more seconds and it will warm and SEAL PERFECTLY; and push them just a bit firmer so that the whole ear plug is in your canal. 3. Now take the other ear plug, and prepare it and insert it (exactly) the same way as the first ear plug. Yvonne, with both ears SEALED, now LISTEN TO THE SILENCE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We'll be happy to guide you (over the phone) on how to insert the ear plugs. In you need to, please feel free to call our office; 1-800-226-1884. Regarding: used in MRI scanning; Our Might Plugs are the (( only)) ear plugs used in over 100 facilities around the world. Sincerely Lisa - BPI Customer Service
