Mighty plugs have really helped eliminate increasing road noise and spousal snoring which recently started. I warm up the product in my hand for about a minute, then form it and apply the product. It may come loose during the night, but it is an easy fix. Removal is a snap. Minimal if nothing remains in the ear canal. If I feel uneasy about the possible remnants, I clean my ear canals with a tiniest drop of castor oil (consult a physician regarding ear cleaning).

Very comfortable to wear. Really effective in blocking noise from lawn mowers, loud trucks, and even a snoring bed partner. Also excellent if you live in the flight path of an airport. I frequently recommend this product to other people.
