Dear JJ: We've sent you the HIGHEST BLOCKING EAR PLUG in the world, BUT you will have to insert it CORRECTLY for it to prove itself to you. JJ, Our Beeswax ear plug is surely different then FOAM and for 1 -2 % of our new customers it can be a bit puzzeling Our ultra-high blocking soft and mouldable Beeswax ear plug needs to SEAL the ear canals to BLOCK OUT much SOUND! JJ, please read the instruction card that came with your order & continue to read the instructions below. You must follow (exactly), the preparation and insertion directions below, and you will then see why almost all the testimonials on our website page and from Trustpilot are so positive 1. Just as you are about to insert, take ONE ear plug and {work it or knead it} thoroughly between your fingers or hands for at least 15 seconds to make it soft, moldable and to disburse the Pure Lanolin throughout the ear plug. Pure Lanolin makes the ear plug slightly “tacky” so that it stays securely in the ear canal and seals it. When the ear plug is soft and mouldable and ready to insert, it doesn’t matter what shape it is; round, flat , long or narrow; just follow the next step. 2. Using the tip of your index finger, push the ear plug FIRMLY, & FLATTEN it, (IN and AGAINST) your ear canal (until you feel a GOOD SEAL). IMPORTANT: If it doesn’t seal immediately, then hold your finger pressed against the ear plug (with slight pressure) for a few more seconds and it will seal well. 3. Now take the other ear plug, prepare it the same way & insert it into the other ear. With both ear plugs inserted correctly & SEALING the ear canals; now listen; you’ll hear very little or most likely no sound at all. It even gets better each time you wear them. 4. To Remove: Simply pinch the ear plug with your thumb & index finger and gently pull downward and out. JJ, we'll be with you (all the way) until you get them to work perfectly for you. Our soft and moldable Beeswax ear plug needs to SEAL the ear canals to BLOCK OUT ALOT OF SOUND! Oh AL: NO WAY!!! GREAT GREAT Is more correct. If you hair is involved at all with the ear plugs, it tell us with certainty, that you are not (pushing firmly) enough and flattening the ear plug IN and AGAINST you ear opening. The ear plug is PROTRUDING OUT TOO FAR and you hair is getting involved. The tackiness is important for the ear plug to stay securely in the ear canal and BLOCK OUT! AL, please keep me informed.
