Have sent an ear plug to mum as well as they work well. Blocked the snoring from my partner, arguments from his crazy neighbours, and the noise of the train rattling by. Sometimes there is a blue color inside my ears after the first few uses, but it is easily washed out with soap and water or a damp cotton swab.
