I've had the good fortune to work with people from eComEngine on multiple occasions (most recently Rachel), and every time they've gone above and beyond to help solve some of the challenges faced by my team. Along with giving solid advice on how to use their software to the utmost ability (which is very useful for getting customers to review the products and sellers on Amazon) they've done a fantastic job of making sure I understand why and where the various benefits are, in each action. I'd definitely recommend their web software, and working with their team is the cherry on top for using such a good product.
