Best customer support! I've had the Shrine theme, and compared to this theme, it is 10x better than anything out there. This is the Swiss knife of themes. Literally, guys, stop wasting your time looking for more themes. Save yourself a huge headache and money overall. Here are the things I love about this theme: The loading speed is amazing. It's compatible with Gempages, allowing you to test different variations without affecting the speed. If you don't like something or need a change, you can hire them or someone else since it is coding-friendly for those who know about coding. It has so many tools, and they are constantly updating it to make it better at no additional cost (most don't do that). Last but not least, and most important of all, is customer support! They have been helping me with some changes I needed to make, and the support has been on my case within 24 hours, ensuring everything is working. They know we run ads and time is important for us. That is the main reason why I will stick with them.

At first I didn't know how to use the theme so was confused. But the ecomify theme support was out of this world. They answered emails super fast and guided me on how to design my website and have tons of video tutorials for you to learn. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS THEME.
