Chris was very helpful, but in our 1-hour conversation I felt like he deliberately wasted time by talking about stuff that's unrelated to my case. I had to rudely cut him off in order not to waste my 60 minutes... VERY annoying, just because of this I will likely not work with him again.

I don't think we strayed from the original policy violation investigation Amazon instigated based on your marketing materials & we have to provide some background on Amazon's interests in protecting against inflated positive product reviews. Amazon's motivations and what they expect to see from you given the gravity of the situation certainly is relevant to the policy targets you need to address to maintain an active seller account. We're happy to talk about any time you feel ended up wasted during the initial call and naturally we spent quite a bit of follow up time reviewing your rewrites. Glad it worked!

We had issues with resellers selling counterfeit product. These counterfeit products resulted in poor reviews that did not reflect our company policy and what we sell. After no aid or response from amazon on how rectify and navigate this issue we turned to ecommerceChris. It took about 2.5 months but we were finally able to break through at amazon and get the appropriate help. Thank you for you assistance and hard work!
